History
The Shelby Mustang GT 350 H was first presented at the 1964 World’s Fair in New York and embodied the youthful energy of its time. As the forerunner of the pony cars, the Mustang set new standards in the car world. Its high-performance road version, the GT 350, was equipped by Carroll Shelby with an impressive 4.7-liter V8 engine. The highlight? The special H version, where the “H” stands for car rental company Hertz, was available in black with gold trim stripes and offered customers the opportunity to rent real race cars!
