Before ordering
It is classkits aim to provide as much information as is available on the boxes of all models, including scale, dimensions, skill level, parts count and the paint numbers recommended by each kit. Classkits currently stocks the Humbrol and Tamiya ranges, conversion charts are available on line and one is in the works to appear in this FAQ section, or email the relevant numbers and brand along with the brand that you wish them converted to i’ll get the new numbers back to you as soon as possible.
Check your paint, thinner, tapes, etc supply before ordering, these can be shipped along with your model and save yourself time or postage costs.
Ordering
Once that you have everything in your shopping basket that you are going to need to start your model proceed to payment.
Please make sure that you select the correct postage option from the drop down menu.

Collections & Cash payments
Collections and cash payments are available. just order as usual and press proceed to payment at this point your order will be sent through to me.
collections can be made every evening usually from 5.30pm and all day Sunday & Monday. Other times may be available if it is arranged before hand.
Dont worry about bringing the correct money, change is available.
Returning an item
Returns are accepted and full refunds will be given on all undamaged, unopened goods upon their return. Please contact me by email or text message within 14 working days. Returns are to be sent at the customers own expence.
